Departments

Department of Moral Théology and Developmental Leadership

The Democratic Republic of Congo is hit hard by anti-values. Moral values are at the lowest level. There is a need to meet these challenges by offering a biblical alternative through the formation of men of God who can identify and live the facts. However, becoming a leader is not easy. And yet, the DRC needs strong leaders, men and women who can lead the communities, organizations and institutions of this beautiful country to offer bright future and destinies. The Department of Moral Theology and Developmental Leadership therefore prepares students to define goals and objectives for organizations while communicating ideas and presenting results achieved. Its program also focuses on the decision-making process, power and influence, behavioral change, organizational change, personal negotiation styles and how to initiate and nurture relationships for greater results. Leaders trained in this way will be able to respond to the need for guidance and moral recovery that Congolese society needs. They will be executives capable of influencing others positively in the execution of action plans.

Department of Biblical Counseling and Psychology

After years of war and suffering, the Democratic Republic of Congo needs psychologists specializing in Biblical "Counseling" in churches, industries, business, prisons, homes and at all levels of education : primary, secondary and university. Biblical "counseling" psychologists work directly with individuals, couples, families and different groups.

Department of Pastoral Theology

In order to bring an awakening into the life of the Church, the Department of Pastoral Theology offers students the opportunity to continue their vocations and to perfect their ministries by adding to their faith knowledge ... (2 Peter 1: 5 -5). The church in the Congo needs the servants who can redefine Christianity in the Congolese context so that the divine message speaks to the hearts of men without being distorted but rather to slice the bone and the marrow and direct their steps in their decisions of all days.
