Registration process

The Christian Bilingual University of Congo receives students from all countries, regardless of racial, socio-ethnic, geographical, religious, gender and origin or nationality. To be admitted, here is the process to follow:

Phase 1: Registration Request

+ On campus:
- Fill out the application form

- Download the application form,

- Fill out the form,
- Send the form to apparitoriat@ucbc.org

Phase 2: Provide official documents

- Grades records for those coming from other universities
- Copy of the Registration Certificate
- Original State Diploma with a notarized photocopy
- Originals of the 5th and 6th grade grades records with 2 photocopies for each
- Four recent passport photos
- The certificates of:
   * Birth
   * Nationality
   * Conduct, good life and morals
   * Physical fitness

Phase 3: Admission Test and / or Equivalence of Degrees and Courses

This test varies from one department to another, depending on the candidate's choice. The questions include general culture, numeracy, languages and computer science. This test is not mandatory for all applicants.

+ For the first year applicants:
    - Those who obtained more than 60% in state examinations: this test does not concern them. They are only subjected to an assessment of the English level that predicts the English class to which they will be assigned at the beginning of the academic year
    - Those who obtained less than 60% in state exams: this test concerns them all without exception.
+ Those coming from other universities have an assessment of their English level, and agree on the results of the work of equivalence of diplomas and grade records provided by the Department, after checking the file.

Phase 4: Orientation and Integration

After publication of the results, the jury deliberates upon the case of each student and orient the student according to the records he has accumulated. During the orientation week, the students get initiated UCBC to campus and community life for better integration.
