Delivery of Diplomas to UCBC Alumni from the old system.
The activity happened on Tuesday the 2nd of July 2020 and it started around 10:30 AM Beni time with an opening prayer by Pastor Daniel MASUMBUKO to dedicate all the ceremonies in the hands of the Almighty. After the opening prayer, it was the word of welcome of the Rector of UCBC Honoré BUNDUKI, during which he introduced all the guests; among which the President of Congo Initiative CI Reverend David MUSIANDE KASALI, the members of the management committee, the Alumni themselves followed by their family members, the staff members of UCBC, …
Biblical meditation was also part of this activity and it was presented by Pastor Jérémie MUSIWA. The verse for his meditation was taken from the book of Romans 4: 18-20. During his meditation, whose theme was centered on Hope, the pastor exhorted us to renew our faith and our confidence in God; he called us to have the word of God as our shield and reference so that at the end we can see his promises be fulfilled in our lives.
The delivery of diplomas to UCBC Alumni was done by a team made up of the president of Congo Initiative CI, members of the management committee, the representative of the UCBC student committee and the representative of the Alumni Association. Finally, the activity was closed by sharing a community meal.
