The Faculty Development and Bilingualism Affair (FDBA) office is responsible for the scientific growth of teaching staff and the promotion of bilingualism at UCBC.
In attempting to accomplish this mission, the FDBA provides faculty development sessions related to curriculum, assessment, pedagogy, ICT, research, and writing. On the other hand, in order to boost bilingualism, the FDBA office organizes activities and programs to promote English and French.
The FDBA promotes excellence, bilingual teaching and learning; service-oriented, supported by data-driven decision-making.
